7000 Villa Marina

The largest tower at Williams Island with 299 residences across 32 floors. Villa Marina offers the widest range of floor plans on the island, from 1,580 to 7,700 sq ft penthouses. It is one of only two towers with simultaneous Bay, Intracoastal, and ocean views.

6000 Bella Mare

The island's most amenity-rich building with 215 residences across 30 stories. Built by WCI Communities in 2005, Bella Mare features a poolside bar, sauna, and the most comprehensive in-building amenity package. One of two towers with Bay, Intracoastal, and ocean views.

4000 Island Blvd

The original first tower at Williams Island, opened in 1985. This 32-story classic tower has 180 residences ranging from 1,235 to 2,884 sq ft with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Aventura.

3000 Island Blvd
